GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Graduation
Graduation is a memorable occasion by which the Covenant International University and Seminary community celebrates the achievements of students.     

Graduation Fee: TBA. This is Non-Refundable. Contact the Office of the Registrar for more details.

Applying for Graduation
Students who have successfully completed their program must apply to graduate using the following form:

*Please note that a “Chaplaincy Certification Program Disclosure Notice” (given by the Office of the Registrar on the day of graduation) must be read and signed.

Graduation Deadline
Graduation deadline is the 1st Saturday of the last month of your remaining classes. For example, if the last month for your program/classes is June, then your graduation application is due on the 1st Saturday of June.

Submission of Graduation Application
1. Print the graduation application form.
2. Scan and email the completed graduation form to info@cius-edu-canada.ca or submit in person.
3. Submit a passport size photo via mail (30 Penn Drive, North York, Ontario M9L 2A9) or in person by the graduation application deadline. Your passport size photo is needed for your chaplain ID. 

Graduation and Certification Policy
Covenant International University and Seminary only issues certification (s) in person at its graduation. Covenant International University and Seminary does not issue certification (s) by email, fax or mail (except in extenuating circumstances deemed as such by the said institution).

Peradventure a graduation is deferred until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to a national and/or global pandemic, graduands may request a reference letter or graduation status letter for employment or educational purpose.
